Starting in 1999 as paralegal for John H. Bennett, Jr, I have researched over 1,600 titles through out Charleston, Berkeley & Dorchester. I seen big development rise from vacant land and thought " Real Estate is a dynamic field." Now it is a challenge finding the right property for the client. I hope to use my knowledge of the title to the land under the property to make the closing for a client as worry free as possible by attacking the problems before we reach the closing table. I have seen so many closings go sour because someone was unaware of the problems with the title. The Banks in this new era are looking for clean titles to enable them to later sell the notes and time is crucial to keeping a good rate. If we can limit the surpised at the closing table than all parties are happier. 

I graduated from the College of Charleston in 1993 with BS in Business and worked as Pastry Chef for 10 years at Normandy Farms to put myself and my wife through school. I hope to some day have time to get a MBA but for now we are focused on our daughter Josie who jwho attends Harbor View Elementary and is currently in the 2nd Grade. I am the first realtor in my family so I hope to learn the ropes from the bottom up.
