TERESA KENNEDY

"Professional, friendly approach to Excellence." I am a native Charlestonian, I was born in Roper Hospital on 
Calhoun Street, raised on Johns Island, attended Charleston County schools and lived on Folly Beach for the last 38 years. I married my high school sweetheart and we have two beautiful daughters. They are both grown, both are nurses. One is a RN, the other a NP, which in case you don’t know means she has her masters degree in nursing. I am very, very, proud of them. 

I sold real estate in the 70’s on Folly. I had a change of priorities in the 80’s & semi-retired(ha, ha) to raise my girls. I worked for First Baptist Church School for 17 years while my girls attended there. I loved working with the children and it was a very hard decision for me to leave and come back to my first love, real estate. I have been back in the business since 2001. It is amazing how much things change yet stay the same. I am in different class room now, but I still love guiding people in their life’s journey. I have what it takes to get the job done, I am a committed person who takes others peoples priorities to heart. 

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions any one makes, whether it is a 1st home, 5th home, down sizing or an investment property. I really enjoy the match making.
