Biography
My name is Tom Faulkner. I spent the first 39 (or so....) years of my life in Pittsburgh, PA. I'm now the lucky recipient of a relocation that has brought me to one of the most beautiful places in the country--Charleston, SC.
While in Pittsburgh, I had early retail sales experience and got into the Building Trades (commercial/residential construction) shortly thereafter. I worked as a foreman on multi-million dollar construction projects where perfection was not optional. I've always done my best to make sure everything runs smoothly and I never leave anything to chance. I apply these approaches to my real estate career.
During the last 2 years before I moved here, I had gotten a corporation running that bought and remodeled homes. Although the market is very different in that region, we did pretty well. Through the remodels and sales of these homes, I had many real estate agents suggest that I should acquire my real estate license. The relocation came upon us, and I enlisted in and graduated from The Fortune Academy of Real Estate. And since have become a fully licensed agent.
Combining my past experiences, I feel that my background in construction and the finishing trades may be an advantage to folks who may need to see a little different perspective. Maybe a structural question or a design tip (although I'm not promising anything.........!) would be helpful in your decision making process.

The technology is cutting edge also. It allows representatives to make accurate decisions on the fly-finding the right answers when it's most important.
